- Empowering women economically through income generating activities. BCWCD Empowers women and girls to help them lift themselves out of poverty. To help in the eradication of poverty and move the poor and women towards economic sufficient we provide skills training for them to develop their acquired skills and training for sustainable livelihood in areas sewing, hairdressing ,clothing and handcraft.
- Promote women leadership, and equal participation at all levels of the life.
- To provide legal, social and health services and consultancies for women and girls and their families, and to increase women participation in the public domain for the sake of developing their community.
