This program aim to increased access to capital, reduced poverty, reduced unemployment, and an overall enhanced quality of life for women.
The program empower disadvantaged and unemployed women through providing training in vocational skills that will enable them to have self reliance by enhancing their productivity at home and participation in community development.
This program will equip them with skills, tools and support to become self-reliant and to socially and economically empower women, giving them the power to generate income and at least to be able to earn some sort of living to afford menstrual hygiene kits, etc.
BCWCD train women in stitching, tailoring and embroidery and handcraft.
